Job Description

Responsible for managing multiple products from Login to Disbursement.
To maintain TAT & Quality of the files at the time of Login and disbursement
Checking and disbursement of LAP cases on system based on the Company policy and parameters
To co-ordinate with all Stake Holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work
Managing a team of Off Role employees
Training, Quality monitoring of the team
To manage the Vendor in terms of Resources, TAT, Quality, Costing and other areas.
