Business Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level support to sales and business development teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents to support sales and business initiatives Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars Maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Qualifications: At least one year of experience in a related field (Sales Support, Client Service, Executive Assistance, Project Management, etc.).
