Have you got an appetite for awesome?

• Being a member of the Founder’s Office, where you will be responsible for firmly owning and driving key (& new) strategic projects E2E.
• Designing, thinking and Executing Charters: you will need to identify, design, and drive projects, which will involve working on key growth levers, innovation opportunities, operating frameworks, and conducting analyses to make strategic decisions.
• Operational Roadmaps: You will get myriad opportunities to work directly with the founders, senior management, and other department leaders to build a medium & long-term vision for Licious and design the short-term operating roadmap to achieve the same.
• Weekly Business Reviews: Support weekly BAU reviews with analytical and cross-functional data deep-dives.
• Collaboration and Support: Licians pride themselves on their ability to solve problems as a team. As such, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support key projects and initiatives.

We hope that you..

• Have a drive to make pragmatic decisions and work with cross-functional teams to solve problems together.
• Are highly detail-oriented and organized with a flair for design strategy/strategy consulting.
• Should be able to work hard and multi-task, be highly motivated and self-driven; and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Having 6-12 months of prior experience in a high-growth start-up is a plus, not a requirement.
• Are from a Tier 1- Economics /Engineering /CA degree (IITs, BITS, SRCC, LSR, St. Stephens, rank holder CA…)
