Roles and Responsibilties
- Acquiring new accounts:Opening new current and savings accounts, and sourcing salary accounts from corporates
- Activating accounts : Activating accounts linking them to UPI and ensuring M0 and savings balances
- Increasing wallet share : Increasing the share of banking products
- Managing portfolios : Managing portfolios and increasing wallet share
- Participating in corporate events : Participating in corporate induction and migration events
- Conducting marketing : Conducting low-cost micro marketing activities to generate leads
- Building relationships : Building strong relationships with internal teams and key accounts
- Resolving customer issues : Resolving customer queries and issues
- Contacting existing customers : Contacting existing customers for more deposits
- Cross-selling : Cross-selling more products
